The HVAC & Smoke Management System comprises the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical ventilation, air-conditioning, and smoke control systems. The scope includes AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans, exhaust and fresh-air systems, ductwork, motorized dampers, fire/smoke dampers, grilles, diffusers, louvers, insulation, controls, and associated BMS interfaces.

The smoke management system includes smoke extraction, stair/lobby pressurization, car park ventilation, smoke control fans, smoke dampers, and associated control panels to control and remove smoke during fire conditions. The system shall be coordinated with the Fire Alarm, BMS, electrical and life-safety systems and designed in accordance with the applicable UAE Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, ASHRAE, NFPA, and project requirements.
